You said I have a voice like an angel, as damn right, I am an angel.

Then you said I'm a demon because I've cursed you.

You're my heaven below.

And I'm you're hell up above.

I broke your rules, said you didn't do quick encounters

We were going to meet slowly

But the underworld denied your will

And thought to bring us together, angel style - a slow burn encounter,

An angel falling from grace, a good girl turned naughty

For a piercing man.


You've pierced my heart

To find someone less intense, more muted.

I wanted you to read this

But now it's meant to be read beyond this reality

Like how you once imagined me screaming it to you in the moshpit

Instead, this will be sung to you beyond the afterlife.


If our souls ever meet between hell and heaven,

Underworld and the afterlife,

Just letting you know that your absence will be held between the invisible thread,

immeasurable.

Like how the distance of our souls will be,

From a demon in heaven

To the angel in hell.
