She was the kind of sweet girl who kept to herself. Her shimmering sweetness was found within the warmth of her smile. She shared the world with her creative mind and sometimes she let it take over. She would let the waves of her mind sail her through storms.
Though, beneath her thoughts were enclosed a mountain of memories. Memories that could only be concealed by being buried. To have only a snippet of each memory, she would have to use all her might dig up the dirt to unlock them. It consumed too much of her energy, so she kept it buried deep within the dirt. She let it lay under the soil and dirt so that she would never have to find them again. After all they were useless.
One day the mountain got so tall, it reached the apex of the sky. For so long all these memories were under the soil and dirt, that it dissipated into the consciousness of her mind. It dictated her moments of wakefulness, that she wondered about aimlessly. She was too engrossed in the person she used to be, that she forgot the person she came to be. What a sad loss she thought under her simmering sweetness. So she let the mountains consume her. Until she was no more.
She was the kind of girl with a smile of weakness. She was consumed in her own world. Sometimes she would remain frozen. Until her very soul turned to stone. Trapped as the person who she never could be.
